What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards or PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Since we are based in Texas, Texas residents must pay sales tax. All shipments sent outside of Texas are tax free.
How can I check the status of my order?
All orders are hand packed by the founders with love out of our Prosper, TX office. Please allow a few business days for us to receive, pack, and ship your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking information. You will typically receive your product within 7-10 business days of placing your order online, if you select standard shipping at check-out.
If you are having issues tracking your order or have not received your item within 10 business days, give us a shout at email@example.com.
What is the price of shipping?
Shipping is free for orders $100 and over. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $5.50. Expedited shipping options are available at check-out for an additional charge. Please note that we currently ship only within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to offer expanded international shipping soon.
For shipments to Canada, international shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on your order. However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. We are not able to quote customs and / or duty fees as they vary. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations. Additionally, shipments to Canada are final sale.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns for nearly all items that are returned within 30 days of delivery with two exceptions - items shipped internationally and "one-offs" (labeled as such) are final sale.
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. During the return process, our team would be happy to help select another item, or refund to the original payment method.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and without alterations.
We request that you send the item back in its original packaging (the return shipping label we will send you will be formatted for this package size).
How do your women's shirts fit?
All our shirts are made from 100% preshrunk cotton. Women's tees are a relaxed fit. If you are in-between sizes, you might want to size down.
How do your men's shirts fit?
All our shirts are made from 100% preshrunk cotton. Men's tees are a classic fit and run true to size.
